Manual Bar Screens are widely deployed at the entrance of the hydraulic structure, water intake, and pumping stations to trap flowing debris of large & medium sizes that could instigate downstream trouble. These screens are suited to serve industrial, municipal, and process water/wastewater screening. The debris is arrested in equally spaced inclined bars and is cleaned manually with the help of a manual rake comb, provided with the screen. We manufacture fixed and removable manual bar screens.

Manual Bar Screen Overview

The Manual Bar Screen for wastewater treatment incorporates inclined bars that are equally spaced, to arrest large and medium flowing waste. Commonly, these screens are installed ahead of mechanical bar screens. It can also be used as a standby for mechanical bar screens.

Multi Rake Bar Screens are essential installations at hydraulic structures, water intakes, and pumping stations, designed to capture flowing debris that could cause downstream issues. Their inclined bars are strategically spaced to efficiently trap debris, while a comb attached to the drive chain acts as a cleaning element. Optional features include an overload protection device and a conveyor, enhancing the screen's functionality.

Manual Bar Screen Overview

Multi Rake Bar Screen uses equally-spaced inclined bars to arrest fine, medium, and large flowing wastes. The screen is cleaned by a mechanized rake which moves in an upward direction to collect waste to the waste discharge bin/conveyor. Multiple rakes are provided to clean the waste deposited on bars.
